Alright, before I proceed, I must confess that all the tools I listed don’t seem to work after I told you about them. Check them, as you may need to find a different program or website for these other items. OK, the tool I use is the Bulk PA DA checker.
This is a search engine results page service and is driven through Moz’s Mozscape, which provides: domain authority, page authority, and backlinks. First, Mozscape isn’t cheap. For somebody like myself, that works a 9-5 and has zero additional money arriving in, the price for Mozscape at $250-mth makes me die on the inside. Using this will help you find a grasp on the type of competition your up against within the SERP and see whether the keywords are actually ones you want to pursue, or pass by and try for the following keyword(s). Ensure that you focus on page authority, however, not used for rankings by Google, this will provide you with an idea of how good the pages are in the SERP.
2) Google Suggest
Listen, you’ve probably read it a million times already through someone else’s blog post, type your keywords into the search bar and look at the related queries that come up. These are queries that others are looking for that Google thinks is related to the query your typing in at that moment, check them.
You know just where this is heading? Yup, the bottom of that Google SERP. LOOK AT IT too, more suggestions means more suggestions. More combinations means better numbers, which better numbers can provide a chance of better rankings. It’s always a numbers game, and you want numerous numbers, believe me. Make certain you have got this:keyword keg. this gives you approximate search volume statistics and relative competition, that will help you analyze quickly if the word(s) are worth pursuing.
3) LSIgraph.com
What exactly is LSIgraph? Basically another keyword generator tool with a fancy name. You can basically say its the same as Google suggest, but different software. I did a few quick searches and it seems to give some good information. This tool is good in giving you different keywords to target and think about more in-depth.
I know there are tons more of absolutely free tools that I have forgotten or have not talked about. At the bottom find several of my reputable mention web pages, which are free, but ultimately you’ll have to purchase them.
